Kelsey thanks fans for their support following the death of her husband Tom Parker

Kelsey Parker expressed her gratitude for the continued support of fans following the passing of her husband Tom Parker in March.

The Wanted singer and father of two died on March 30 at the age of 33, following his battle with cancer after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor in September 2020.

Today (April 16) she updated followers on Instagram Stories by thanking fans for their “love and support” and to donate to the brain tumor research Tom started a few years ago. years.

Kelsey began, “Thank you for all of your love and support. It really helps us as a family through the toughest times.”

Addressing the late star’s funeral, she continued: “I politely request that no flowers be sent to the church as we do family flowers. If you would like to pay your requests please line the streets for Tom .

“Also, I know that my husband would like to raise as much money as possible, so that in the future I can help others and raise as much awareness as possible about this terrible disease.

“Therefore, any donation would be wonderful and would help greatly. Thank you again. Always love you Positive Parkers,” her note concluded.

Kelsey’s message to fans comes after she recently published a post on Instagram announcing that Tom’s funeral will take place on April 20 and inviting fans to follow along as the main attendees made their way to the private ceremony.

The note reads: “We know many of you would also like to pay your respects, so we would like you to join us in Petts Woods from 10am.

“It would be nice for everyone to follow the road as we head to our private service.

“You are then welcome to join us outside the church for the duration where the service will be broadcast on screens,” she concluded.
